I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The comfortable room had a lovely view over the river and was spotless and clean in every way. The service was top-notch with great tours and ticket assistance. The location couldn't be better; just a short walk to the center of Betws y coed but nestled in a quiet side road. The dining experience was excellent, offering plenty of choice. It was a wonderful stay overall.

The hotel offers stunning views of the river from the large and comfy Interrogation Room with a very comfortable super king bed. Despite the issue with the door lock, the owner tried to fix it, and I had to keep valuables in the car, pushing furniture for extra security when in the room.
