I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The waterfront view from my room on the top floor was breathtaking, and the exceptional linens added a luxurious touch. However, the service left me wanting more as the staff did not seem very knowledgeable or service-oriented. The location, right by the green area overviewing the lake, was simply stunning. The dining experience, although with limited options, offered delicious grilled steaks. The price was a bit on the higher side, but for the value, it was worth it.
I couldn't have asked for a better spot! The hotel is located in a former courthouse, by the waterfront, and we even caught a huge free community concert in the park nearby. The rooms were on the top floors with exceptional linens, a great ensuite bathroom, and a stunning view. The dining was included, and we enjoyed some delicious fried rice. The service, however, fell short as the staff did not seem knowledgeable or service-oriented. Despite this, the price was worth it for the experience.

What an amazing location the hotel is in, with stunning views of the harbor and surrounded by great restaurants in the old downtown. The room on the top floor had a fantastic ensuite bathroom and a hospital view, definitely a plus. While the service could have been more knowledgeable, the housekeeping was top-notch with a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The dining experience with included baked apples was a delightful surprise. The facilities overall were convenient and modern, making for a comfortable stay. However, the value for money could be improved.

The dining options include a satisfying barbecue experience. Overall, the facilities are acceptable, but not exceptional.

The location was convenient to downtown and a huge free community concert at the waterfront park, although it was in a former courthouse. The dining, although included, was underwhelming with just fries available. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
